Staff is rude. Lucy the manager and Stephanie the clerk with purple hair and a white young female in Smyrna every morning. They roll their eyes and remove clients due to racism. They find a reason for you to violate their policy and cancel you as a client. They treat people of color like scum. They don’t provide effective and efficient Speach services. After 2 cancellations, they will remove your child completely and make you eligible 5 months after. It’s ridiculous honestly, save your time people and just choose another office.
My experience with Let’s talk about therapy has been remarkable. My son has had multiple speech therapist at other locations and this is the first place the make us feel welcome, comfortable and SEEN. Very respectful environment. OT therapy was great with Ms. Hannah and Speech is amazing with Ms. Caroline. I wish they could be my son’s teachers when he starts school again lol
My daughter has been attending Talk About Therapy for almost 2 years now. She was diagnosed with Autism and they recommended all therapies. She started OT with April and Speech with Lauren and they were amazing! The growth and her development really shown. Now she’s been seeing Hannah for just OT and she loves it. My son Amari’ has been attending Talk about Therapy for over a year now. He started when he was 2. He receives speech from Ms. Lauren and OT from Ms.Hannah. My son absolutely loves it here and he loves his therapist! I love everything about the facility and the therapist. They not only teach him , but teach me as well. They always take the time to explain in detail what they go over with him and tips for at home practice.I’ve seen so much improvement in his behavior and his speech.
