I have had an amazing experience at this location. Destiny did my screening today and she did absolutely amazing. I felt so welcome and she didn't know it but she made my day after work so much better! I will always choose grifols for myself and to recommend to others!
I was really worried about giving plasma. But it went really easy didn't hurt at all and the workers are all real nice and friendly.
They are very professional. Awesome staff. Every one is friendly wish I could give more than five stars
I went on 03/16 for my first ever donation. I was terrified of how big the needle was, but everyone made me feel very comfortable. I did almost faint, but as soon as I asked for help. And I felt myself about to faint, three staff ran to me and was fanning me. And putting ice packs on me, although it was very scary.
