Had a great experience several years ago and definitely not let down all these years later! I love the staff. They are really fun and nice to get to know. Smooth process through and through for the most part if not entirely. The app is a little funky sometimes but by no means does that having anything to do with the staff and actual process of donating. Today was really mind blowing. The staff member (Destiny) was listening in on the conversation of a patron and worker. She decided to come from the back by the lab and involve herself. Several workers asked Destiny to stop and remove herself from the floor. She refused and kept at the patron. He got very nervous and let it be known that he was a first time donor and was donating to help his daughter. Destiny response was "sure you are". He also stated he hasn't taken his medicine. 01/07/26 I was donating and I got done donating I look up to see if anyone was in room to discharge me. And when I looked up worker Destiny said what you looking up for you just got and and told me I can lay back down. First I'm not a child. And I didn't say anything to her and she is very rude to customers.
