Very helpful staff
My fiancé has been there for 4 1/2 hours & has not even started donating! That is Beyond unacceptable.
I came around 3pm on a weekday it was very busy. angry staff including Parveena claimed my cut was red with infection (it was not) and refused to let me donate. staff make up lies to reject you.
they certainly NEVER answer the phone
The earlier you can get in the better. Everyone is really friendly. I've only had one person who was really rude and made the experience really uncomfortable but haven't seen her anymore.
The phlebotomists are professional and friendly!
