RecommendedI have been donating at the New Bern ave location for quite awhile. I love the staff. They make the experience fun. it has gotten to be really quick. lots of fun prizes. A good feeling knowing you are helping people.
Overall, the staff is great. The center should go back to appointments. My girlfriend and I wait for 3+ hours at times and because of that I can not give 4 or 5 stars. Appointments are good for busy people with careers.
I've been coming here on and off for a long time, the staff members here make me feel loved each time I come here.
Donating plasma for a good cause and staff is wonderful, friendly, and entertaining! New Bern Ave. is a great place to go!
