I've been donating here for two years now and I have always been treated with great care and respect. Honestly.. they don't treat you like a patient but as a part of the family.
This is well managed and friendly place,well trained staff who will answer all questions you may have,and they're all very redpectful of their clients..i recommend it without hesitation .
Fast, professional, clean, friendly environment and staff. I was amazed at how fast I was registered and ready to donate. I had no idea plasma donation saved so many lives and helped so many people with medication and treatments. The staff here are the best. I cant say enough about how great they are. I feel welcome, safe and comfortable when I come to donate. Its worth more than the donation fee to know I helped save lives. I will be regular donor and will recommend Talecris Raleigh (New Bern) to everyone I know.
