I signed up as a new donor in late March 2024 and was told I would get $100 for each of my first four donations. Now after donating four times, I checked and saw I only got the $100 for two donations then down to the return donor compensation for the others. I was misled either intentionally or due to a lack of proper knowledge of the situation by the staff. Edit: I called the toll free number supplied with the response from the center. I've only donated in the morning: however it is the least stressful place yet. Few people waiting, if any. The nurses are always ready to work. Honestly the first donation bank I have been to where you're not treated like an inmate. (I was one, so no judgement). All around, I'm happy to have this place to help with my grocery bills, etc.
I always have the best experience. It's ALWAYS clean and the staff is by far the friendliest I have seen.
