Mind blowing incompetence...Talbott ,Electric provided unqualified serviceman, who overextended a simple one hour service into a 7 day exhibition of failed diagnosis, multiple no-shows and un-returned phone calls. Followup appointments, those which were necessitated by failure and multiple unreturned calls..presented a second servicemen followed by the business owner attempting to solve, what turned out to be....a very simple, and quickly fixable issue. ... read more

Great customer service and hard to find parts I own a lighting manufacturing business in Pasadena. Paul, who runs the showroom/store at Talbott has been a great help to me over the years by helping me troubleshoot light fixture designs and problems. Great Work Talbott recently completed installation of a bathroom exhaust fan and some exterior outlets. The work was done on time and with great care. The electricians Chuck, Miguel and Kirk were extremely neat and professional. I would definitley recommend and will use again.

Service like the 1950's Yesterday, 3-4-10, at 9 A.M. all the electric wall plugs in two rooms and the funace thermostat went blank in our home. I tried everything to locate the problem. No success. Finally, I called Talbott Electric. We have lived at this location for over 25 years. I have seen the T.E. site on Washington Blvd. for well over 30 years but have never used their services. FLAWLESS EXECUTION! As a surprise for my other half, I had an outdoor Jacuzzi installed while we were on vacation. Kirk worked with my landscape contractor and executed my plan PERFECTLY while I was away. His electrician paid close attention to the placement of all new electrical, and was especailly concientious of hiding it as we have a Historical home. I cannot say enough about how pleased I was to arrive home and have it up and running and waiting for us to relax after a long day of travel.
If Lamps Are Your Thing Antique lighting is my thing and Paul at Talbot Electric has helped me solve some of the most challenging problems these beautiful objects present. Talbot has a great stock of lamp parts and they even bring out original old parts to make the completed project correct. It's great to have such a special and unique resource in my own neighborhood.
