Food is great, in my opinion, but the customer service is beyond reprehensible. My son ordered a chocolate milk, brought to him in a cracked mason jar (shards left in my finger after I moved it away from him). No apologies, just set another cup in front of him nonchalantly. Then as we were getting out of the booth, my son knocked over a mug on the table, it broke and large pieces fell and sliced my leg open. Hello, we are sorry to hear this. With all do respect I am a witness of what happened all the time you were sitting in the booth in front of the cashieer. I didnt see any blood comming out , your son even apologized (while the man in your group was paying) for the mug and I asnwered him that he shouldn't worry about it. You guys were standing up to leave because you were done. Riquisimos los desayunos, la atención buena. Lo único malo tardan mucho para servirte. Se que tienen mucha gente pero si deberian de ver eso porque ayer casi mas de 30 min. Oara servirnos el desayuno.
The service is really bad I was there yesterday for the 1st time. The waitress offered me coffee only once and she took forever to take my order. I noticed that they had more than enough employees to take care the customer but, they don’t know what they doing or they just don’t care. The food was okay not the best but ok. I had the green salsa chilaquiles with two eggs and carne asada, I glad I loaded my chilaquiles because the portions are small in my opinion. By the way I paid for café de la olla.
