when you have a problem in building area as a tenant and you tell that to manager,she response to you in bad manner.somebody in neighbors is screaming 24 hrs.PLEASE DO NOT rent apartment in this building.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY... NO communication between MANAGER of apt building (Sylvia) and property manager (Jeffery). Sylvia is a #$%$ who acts like she doesn t know anything. The apt are OK building could use an upgrade. POOL and Spa (doesn t get warmer than bath water) they both stay dirty, BBQ grills are never clean. I was here for 6 month because the people in apt 350 who has a sleeping disorder or nervous problem would pace the floor between 12am-4am.
