My husband injured his ring finger. It was very swollen. Tala owner was able to cut the ring and remove it. He was very gentle! When the swelling goes down we plan to return and get a replacement!
I will begin by saying I NEVER post reviews, positive or negative. But, this deserves a comment. DO NOT EVER take a watch here for any type of repair or adjustment. I received a SEIKO watch with a metal bracelet as a gift that needed a simple adjustment. I own several of them and knew I just needed a 3 link removal with a simple micro adjustment at the clasp, which ALL Seiko Divers have. The attendant claimed " this watch doesn't have micros.
