I and my wife both had cataract surgery with great results. The staff were very caring and the procedure was painless. Much effort was made to keep us comfortable. We were given very clear instructions and given a clear description of the various options available. Dr Takle is very professional and a superb surgeon. Very knowledgeable staff and doctors
I like Dr Ben very much. He is very good in what he does and have a very friendly attitude towards his patients. All the staff are very friendly, too, with a welcome attitude.
I called with a potential problem and got in the next day,.even in the midst of the covid19 pandemic. The safety proocols in place for protecting the office, me and other patients, were very well orchestrated and under positive control by the staff, yet did not result in any beyond a normal wait time to see the doctor. In fact it was shorter and clearly focused on isolating patients from one another. I got the thorough attention I needed, quickly and professionally, and able to leave.
The front office sets the tone for the visit but I had a bad experience. I signed in and sat down to wait until my name was called. A patient came up to the desk behind me without signing in and was greeted and told to come on over. I was not greeted with a smile or in a nice tone. The tone was flat and I did not feel welcome.
