My house needed a change – I decided that my house needed a change and I wasn't excatly sure what I wanted to do or who I wanted to go with. I had serveral quotes and decided to go with the best company. I went with CC Carpet because I heard great things about them from my neighbors and coworkers. The people at CC Carpet were great. Highly Recommended – I called for a free at home estimate and they were able to come out the very next day and then install the carpet the next day. I have a lot of rent houses and I was needing carpet in a hurry when the tenants left unexpectedly and the home in a wreck. The customer service at Cc Carpet was great. Our salesman was on the phone with the office making arrangments and getting everything finalized while at our home and doing everything he could to help us out when we were in a time crunch. Granite Countertops! Love them! – I recently had new granite countertops installed by CC Carpet. From the initial review of our needs, through the measuring and installation process, CC Carpet's team performed above our expectations. In the end, we are amazed at the transformation of our home and the beauty that has been brought to it by CC Carpet. We are now in love with our kitchen. Extremely Pleased!!!!! – I had carpet and wood installed through my entire house. First of all I would like to say we are extremely pleased with the color and quality of the carpet. Second, my sales rep was very knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to make sure I knew about all the different products. Third, your installers were absolutely the best! C C Carpet for Counter-Top Save Time & Pain find another business – Over-all review: Service: F Quality: F Product: C Gentleman that came over from CC Carpet took the measurements but never called back. When we called & dropped by the store, the store didn?t have any records of the measurements. I had to setup another appointment. The same person showed up.
