Everytime you go to get one thing you end up being asked to buy another thing. Other than that the oil change was really fast it was a in and out job literally ALMOST 5 minutes.
Besides paying an arm, leg, my first born child, a kidney and a lung (which I'm obviously willing to do for the convenience since I keep going back), I do not think I've ever had a negative experience at any Take 5 location. Trai made sure that it was truly "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE" even having me move my vehicle twice from bay one, to bay two then ultimately bay three - much appreciated. I believe that if you need additional service, you should be told that before the oil change. That way I would have chosen a cheaper oil to get what else I needed done.
