Attendant refused to sell my wife conventional oil or blend, claiming she couldn’t change back after full synthetic. Quite deceptive customer service, especially for customers who are in a rush/ have limited knowledge.
Staff put a screw under my tire while they were under my vehicle, came out with a flat.
They got me in fast, very friendly service.
It turned out I didn't need an oil change but I really appreciate the help with my engine light. It was resolved and I was really happy 😀.
