I normally love Take 5 Oil Change and have had good experiences in the past, but my recent visit was disappointing. I stopped by for a quick oil top-off between oil changes, which I’ve had done before at Take 5 locations. However, an employee named Trey told me that Take 5 does not provide top-off services and never has, and that if anyone had done that before they were going against company policy. Amazing service everyone made me feel extremely comfortable special shout out to Zac Trey and Sean they were very kind
Employees were great friendly and respectful. OIL change and then sold me on coolant replacement and this is where it went bad. On Saturday at 2pm I had the service performed. I live one mile away so I drove home parking car. Sunday morning, I get up and drive point 75 miles to r v storage and point seven miles back home.When I got home, I noticed the smell, looked underneath the vehicle and it was leaking coolant. If it could be lower than1 star, it definitely would be. I went in yesterday with a perfectly running vehicle for an oil change. Today I get in my car to drive for the first time and it is knocking like the motor is about to fall out. So I checked the oil not a drop of oil is in the car. I live two hours from the take five so I drove two hours with no oil in my car which explains the horrible knocking sound. Now my car is ruined and the motor will blow soon because of this.
