I have been there around six or seven times that’s the only place I go to now to get my car serviced. The service is great. I appreciate the timeliness and the people who are there. They’re really helpful and I’ve always been nice.
I usually have no problem with them at all. This the second time this has happened though. Just the first time the wait wasn’t as long. But on this visit. I’m waiting behind a car for about 20 minutes. Then another car pulls up next to me. Five minutes later the car next to me is being seen but I was already sitting waiting. After about 20 more minutes the car that I was behind and car that was next to me finish at the same time. Then another car pulls up next to me. We both drive into the dock together. You do have a great team but some of things they said they did like tire pressure, wash or clean the windshield and check all the fluids it didn't happen I didn't see no one going around check it at all.
