I didn't get the names of the two young men that helped me but they were very polite, respectful, and professional. I brought in a fleet truck for something small but very important and they were able to handle it in a timely manner and had me back on the road swiftly. I would definitely recommend stopping by and having your vehicle serviced if in the area. Thank you guys for the great service!
I am changing my previous 5-star review to 1 star due to this experience. I would not recommend this location. I’ve always used Mobil 1 oil in my vehicle and never had any issues. After getting an oil change here with Duramax oil, I immediately started experiencing problems. Shortly after the service, I began receiving oil pressure warnings — something that has NEVER happened before. My vehicle has over 60,000 miles and I have maintained it properly. Just got an oil change. Service was quick and professionally done. I like their callouts during the oil change. Keeps staff aware of what's going on. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I will definitely be back the re for my next service, especially to use my 50% off coupon.
The attendant there told me to keep coming into the Bay even though I was close to the yellow Pole, so I got the whole side of my car in yellow and scraped. Also, they were arguing over which oil and which oil filter to use. I have been at a take 5 in Colorado, and it was the best experience I ever had at an oil center place.But this take five in charleston was horrible. If I could leave a zero, I would.
I recently had my oil changed here, and immediately after the service I started getting oil pressure warnings under load, followed by a 3000 RPM limp mode. The vehicle had no such issues before the oil change. After inspecting the oil filter housing myself, I discovered that the internal oil filter housing valve/spring assembly appears to be missing.
