I had a mechanic check out my car Friday afternoon to make sure everything was good with my car cause I knew I was going the next day to get an oil change and I had a feeling something was going to happen. Amazing service!
I have been a customer for 3 years at the Tallahassee and Thomasville locations. Unfortunately I will not be returning after I had a total engine failure 30 miles after visiting for an oil change. The manager took some time to return my calls, the assistant manager couldn’t give me any information other than asking the manager. The corporate customer service was awful.
