Absolutly Ridiculous two hours to get an emission test. Alex is great 5 min was horrible!
It took over an hour just sitting in my car before they serviced me. I have told them several times my name is Adrianna but they have me listed as Adriano. They had some random address on file for me, when they asked me “is this your address” I said “absolutely not” & they kept it anyways. They showed me my engine filter & nothing else. Didn’t ask about my cabin air filter, didn’t address my windshield wipers or anything else I’m used to at Take 5. This particular location by the 646 HEB really sucks
Took 1hr 45 mins to get oil change. Usually takes around 30 mins.
