Way over priced. The most I've ever paid and I was using a $20 coupon and it was still $25 more than my last oil change plus I normally get mobile one oil but had to scale back due to the outrageous price. Then the workers couldn't reset my mileage said something was wrong with my vehicle and I would have to go to he dealer to have it scanned. I went home got on you tube and reset it myself. Very Satisfied. Quick, clean, polite, and professional. Will be going back.
Incompetence is all I can say. They put the panel under my car on upside down, sideways and with two of the four screws and stripped one of the screws when they put it back in. This panel is now chewed up from the road and the next person to do an oil change is going to fight a stripped screw. They claim they "fixed it" I imagine the panel is still on wrong and am now questioning all the rest of their work.
