I think we all hate the dealership experience for the most part when it comes to waiting while in service. At Lexus you receive snacks, juice, soda, etc however you'll be waiting. LOOK NO FURTHER. The location here can get quite busy, don't be surprised about that. I requested for an oil change and differential fluid to be drained. Services rendered were perfect. Andrew and Emylee were fantastic. Service was quick and professional, and the two of them were friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't mind answering some questions I had. Highly recommend!
The attacks were professional and providing good service. I did have to wait a few minutes for the service to start, but overall it was very good.
