I went and got an oil change on 7/17. Javier was the main guy taking care of me. Process of oil change was fine as usual. I opted to get my rear wiper blade changed. After I got groceries I noticed a little piece missing from the rear wiper blade just maybe an hour after the oil change visit. He didnt put it back on correctly. I called and he said I'd hear back from the manager Wendy. Tuesday rolls around I call again asking someone to leave a note for Wendy. I still have not heard from Wendy!!!
