I brought my own oil and filter and they quoted me 79$ I told them I had a 20$ coupon and they said that was fine. They drained my oil and then said they couldn’t take my coupon and said I could just take 10$ off. I was a little upset but didn’t say anything. I probably won’t go back.
Tyler and his team go above and beyond for customer service. They are not super pushy with add ons which made me want to go ahead and get an air filter even though that is something I can do myself. The team is fantastic making you feel you are in safe hands. They have excellent communication in the pit ensuring you have no new leaks.
Everyone was friendly! I was helped by Christian today and he was very thorough, professional and helpful. I will be coming back again!
