Very easy. Mechanics were thorough and got me back on the road so i can drive safely and my car is running at its best. I needed an oil change, air filter change and indoor filter change... which were long overdue. Use a coupon!! Edit: Josh with the ponytail helped me --- he was fantastic!
Frankie was amazing. He went above and beyond to help me out. He was kind and thorough and made me feel like I was in really good hands. And kyle did a great job with the state inspection. Thank you!
I liked the oil change service. The stuff were nice. Although, one guy came up to me and asked if I want water, I said yes, and he never gave me that water Also the other thing is that the guy who changed my oil took a test of my coolant and said I have a concentration 25% coolant and 75% water, and offered to change it for additional $190. Sure thingI rejected the offer. Then I bought the coolant tester and it showed me 50%/50% which is a great concentration. I am giving 3 stars this time because the oil was changed well. Waited over an hour. Was very unorganized after an hour someone finally communicated to me what was going on. I will not be returning because this is the second poor experience.
These folks had great chemistry and worked great as a team
