Went in for the $24 oil change and ended up spending $48.86. Pulled up behind another car, Garrett was super friendly and we discussed which oil change I wanted. It was my turn so I pull up and Scott says my car takes a special kind of oil and that if they put in the oil I'm requesting it'll void my warranty and they'll report it to Carfax... THIS IS AFTER THEY HAVE ALREADY DRAINED MY OIL so I'm basically stuck getting the oil they chose for my car or else my warranty is going to be voided. Why the hell did they not tell me ... read more
