RecommendedJason and the crew on duty were super professional and provided outstanding service! Shout out to their mindfulness of coworker safety. They communicate continuously so that others working on your vehicle know where they are and what they are doing. Impressive and important!
I visited this location for an oil change before leaving town for work. As i made my way 4 hours down the highway, I realized my truck was smoking like a two stroke! I pulled over and opened the hood to find 5 of the 6 quarts that were put in, less than 12 hours before hand, had dumped out because they did not tighten the filter. I will give credit where credit is due, the manager paid to have my vehicle towed from the side of the road to a dealership, in another state, and paid the dealership to do another oil change. So I have been a customer here since it opened and was turned away at 6:35 pm and was told that since they had 3 cars (2 inside and 1 in line) that they were not taking anymore customers because at this rate they will be there until 7:20pm. I don’t claim to be the smartest person around but if you close in 25 minutes and are servicing 3 cars with your name claiming to be the 5 minute oil change, something should probably change. He said even though they aren’t taking customers but I still get a free water.😂 No thanks
The Guys that work at this store are all really awesome guys and are really Professional
On a hot day I was met with a smiling face and a cold bottle of water. I observed the same for the car next to me and even the children handed cold Capri Sun’s. They were fast and friendly. No pressure when I turned down recommendation for an air cabin filter. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I will be back!
Absolutely, far better than some of the bigger chains... starting with H's and P's.
