Before I came in for service at the Rock Hill location, I had driven to the Fort Mill store who told me by phone to come in and once I got there the manager said he could not help me because some machine was on order. He also told me he could not honor the service promise by another Take 5 cause they were not a francise. The South Tryon store had spilled oil all over my engine and when i left, my car was smoking badly and they gave me a free oil change to use at any location but only the Rock Hill location honored this.
