I received a text with a 24.99 oil change coupon for synthetic. I called the twinsburg location to verify the 24.99 was the cost. Cody said for my 2012 bond odyssey that it was. I then showed up and he proceeded to tell me that it was going to be 48.00. I said the coupon says 24.99 synthetic oil change. He said the coupon only takes off 18.99 from 62.00 and with tax it would be 48.00. I did not get the oil change and left. I cannot stand when I am lied to
quick and fast and everyone does a great job
I had a great experience on May 24th, it was my first time ever using this type of service and I was a little apprehensive about driving my car into the bay. The manager greeted me outside bay door with a cold bottled water, drove my car in for me and explained the service to me. He gave me options on oils, replaced the missing caps on my tires (2) after filling them, changed my oil, checked the other fluids and topped off as needed. If they sold me a windshield wiper without telling me I had no oil and a bad clutch. They kicked me out of the oil change bay after I told the store manager that it takes time after the engine is shut off for the oil to collect in the oil pan... that’s how he came to the conclusion that I had “no oil”
