Gavin and the team did a great job changing my oil quickly and professionally.
My review is towards corporate really. The employees at this location didn’t do a thing wrong. I went on the Take 5 website and to their coupon section. It advertised that if I signed up via text or email, I would receive a coupon for $20 off an oil change. I gladly subscribed via text and corporate sent me an expired coupon via text. What?? Then there was no manager there to override anything. I asked if I could pay in full and then come back for my $20 refund when the manager was there and I was told that’s not how it work... read more
Today the service was much better. Only challenge today is the boy working on my car poured the oil in before the other one under the car had secured the filter and all the oil went right through And out of the engine.I got a engine flush. Overall it was a good visit
