I asked how much a synthetic oil change would cost and told an answer....It was $15 more than I was accustomed to paying, but was in a hurry so agreed to it. The gave me a synthetic blend that was inferior to what I asked for and charged me what was quoted originally....bait and switch for inferior product.....I will never return...I learned a lesson and hope you learn from mine....asst. manager was helpful, but the manager was dismissive and acted like it was nothing to provide unsatisfactory customer care.
These guys are the greatest. They don't try to take advantage of you and offer stuff you don't need. I won't go anywhere else.
THIS REVIEW IS DIFFERENT THESE GUYS SAVED MY DAUGHTER. I was in a CAR ACCIDENT IN FRONT OF THEIR PLACE AND IN THAT MOMENT THESE GUYS JUMPED INTO ACTION. IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE THEY RAN OVER GRABBED MY 2month old daughter and myself away from the car , then pulled my car out of the ditch. I WILL ALWAYS HAVE RESPECT AN LOVE FOR THESE 5 MEN!
