Spent 15 minutes at door, no customers in shop, exit door open. Guys looked at me but never said a word or acknowledged my presence.I finally gave up and left.
I hardly get on here, but wanted to warn you guys about using Take 5 for oil changes. They forgot to drain my oil and added 5 quarts to it, and then broke my mass air flow sensor when placing my filter back in. A tow, inspection by the Nissan people, and discussion of litigation finally got the manager to agree to visit the dealership and pay the cost of repairs (minus the towing cost, new air filter cost, inconvenience by being stranded for 3 days, and a vacation day). horrible customer service. they will make up reasons to not change your oil if it is close to closing time. the manager refused to give me the number for corporate. I advise never going here. the worst I ever experienced.
Sent my Girlfriend to get just an oil change and nothing else cost me $96!! WTH no oil change is that high unless your driving a freaking high dollar sports vehicle. I will be reporting this to the upper uppers!
