The only negative I have, there's not a Take 5 Oil Change in East Texas. Twana has an amazing crew, what blew my mind was 2 females working in this industry. Both were very knowledgeable & ready & able to answer any questions I had. If y'all are in need of service, this is the location to visit. Keep up the great work!!!
I just bought a 2013 F150 and stopped by this place on my way home to have them check the fluids and they were awesome. They even are doing something with The Children's miracle network and I ended up donating $10 since they were so courteous. Definitely will be going there when it is time for my next oil change. Keep up the good work.
I didn't have anything done to my car, but the two gentlemen who worked there this evening are amazing! My engine light came on and I started to smell something burning. I pulled in, as this place was closest to me from Central Expressway, where I exited. I jumped out and one of the employees checked under my hood, and made sure all was okay. He saw my son in the car with me and kindly offered him fruit snacks and a Capri Sun. Come to find out, I need a new water pump, but both employees assured me I would make it home to Pl... read more
Great place super service. The mechanic James was very knowledgeable and friendly. Checked everything. I was very pleased.
Great service fast and James always looks out for my vehicle in other ways then what he’s suppose to do!
Shop 49 is so awesome and the crew as well. Maybe it could use a sign, so that the customer could see it from the road.

Very quick and easy- I was in and out in under 10 minutes for my inspection. Friendly and helpful staff, too! Something I found especially cool was that it's owned and run by a woman and some of the staff are women, which is unusual to see in this particular industry, but absolutely refreshing! I'll be a returning customer for sure. �
