So I went to Take 5 on Southwest parkway to get my oil changed before going to Dallas for Xmas. The people were super nice and it was relatively fast. The next day, while on the hwy, we noticed a whistling noise that wasn't there before. We got to Dallas fine and asked my wife's dad, which is a mechanic to check it out.... THREE BOLTS WERE MISSING FROM OUR SKID PLATE. One was stripped, one was about to fall out and one was completely missing. Went back to tell them today and they offered me half off my next oil change.
