Took my car for an oil change and they did not place the underbody cover correctly. It started to drag as I drove on the highway. All I got was a "sorry, $10 off your next oil change" not even a note stating that I would get $10 off. That cover dragged on the highway (luckily not flying off) and all I could get was that from them. Horrible customer service, you mess up you own up to it
