Honestly I had been dreading getting an oil changed lately because the past few times I’ve been here one employee in particular hasn’t been super nice/helpful. That all changed today when I met Brittany and Lynn! They were super friendly and absolutely amazing! I waited for a car in front of me for about five minutes and had my own oil changed in about four minutes. I don’t even know why people still go to places where they have to get out of their car to get their oil changed �
Immediately tried to up sell me to over $100 for oil change on a 14 f150. Told them to stick it. Went to Quicklane at CS ford. Did for $58 including tire rotation.
I love the friendliness of the employees in attendance...and the accuracy of what there doing... totally recommend it...definitely going back...

Great employees they are fast && they know what there doing. I so recommend everyone to go there... They've done great work on both my Cadillacs.
Caused damage to my car due to negligence on their part. After I paid $185 to have my car repaired I took the bill to the location to see what could be done. I was told a manager would call me and I never heard back from them. Horrible service and even more horrible customer service.
