I have been trying to receive a reimbursement from the Take 5 location on Capital Blvd in Raleigh, NC unsuccessfully. I've sent 2 emails to Wes, the service manager and enclosed the rental car invoice. We took my son's car in for an oil change and they cracked the oil pan and had to be towed to a Chevy dealership for repair which I paid half the repair. They told me to go across the street and get a rental car and that Take 5 would paid for the rental, which hasn't happened yet and it's been over 6 months. They clearly do no... read more
Yes, they are super fast but also WAY OVER PRICED! I was charged $90 for a regular oil change that usually costs about $40 at my local dealership. They are very nice and efficient but in opinion far too expensive.
RecommendedI just had an oil change today and they did a great job! They were very friendly and I was in and out in a reasonable time. They even offered a coffee or a bottle of water. 5 star rating!
I had the best experience getting an oil change and state inspection. In 25 minutes I was in and out of there with both items completed. The staff were all amazing and so polite. Smiling and friendly. I will definitely be back and refer others. I don’t like dealing with car items and that was such a. Positive experience.
They helped me out so much with issues I was having with my van that wasn’t apart of their oil change responsibility! They gave me advice and went above & beyond! We will def be regular customers!!

First experience there and SCOTT helped with everything 😊 gave my kid some candy and juice , super fast and easy waited at Walmart for an hour more or less then decided to go there !
