This place TOTALLY ROCKS!!! May 6, 2017 was Raising Canes lemonade day for the Kiddo's, and this place allowed us to not only set up a lemonade stand in front of their establishment, but they provided us a tent and table, as well as the entire team supporting us an buying lemonade from the kids. I was next when I pulled up. Waited over 30 minutes and ended up leaving. I've had faster, less expensive oil changes other places. Ridiculous for the "fastest oil change on the planet".
My chrysler 300 was WAY past oil change and I noticed this place as i took my son to school. I stopped in but had my Pit bull and my other dog in the car so was thinking I'll just check the prices and have to come back. Promptly after pulling up the guy said it's cool you don't have to get out of the car and gave my dogs a treat. Price was fair but considering the AMAZING service I'd recommend this place to EVERYONE! A+ Satisfied
They charged my daughter $90 to change the oil in my Grand Cherokee! Didn't change the filter though, just took out the old oil and put new in! Then they "tried" to clean the inside of my windshield. I can't see out of it now!
I'm with a lady that just got her oil changed there today. They did not put her oil cap back on her car. She is 40 miles outside of Shreveport with two young children. She called the store only for them to say they did have her oil cap and for her to come get it. I'm pretty sure it's not good to drive with no oil cap. After calling the store to speak with a manager was told it was his day off so we couldn't talk to him. The person at the store keep hanging up on us. Thankful we found someone to bring her one. Prices are great, staff is friendly, and the best part is that you don't even get out of the car! It's fabulous!!!
