I am so excited folks. I have found the greatest place to take care of me and my car. I am a widow and have a 2002 Yukon GMC Denali with 263,206 miles on it. Being a widow, it’s hard to trust someone to take care of your car . I am tickled pink to find Take 5. I was at the one at 8000 Youree Dr and Bert Kouns yesterday. I pulled up needing the oil checked and Tim came to the window. He offered me a drink and he even had puppy treats for the canine friends. ONE YEAR AGO My daughter GOT her OIL CHANGED AT Take 5 Oil Change AND THEY DIDNT SCREW IN THE CAP, IT FLOODED her ENGINE IN TWO WEEKS AND THE MANAGER CAME TO MY HOUSE AND COVERED UP HIS MESS AND CORPORATE DIDNT DO A THING ABOUT IT!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE PLACE THE PEOPLE ARE GARBAGE AND DISHONEST!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good premise for an oil change location, but absolutely horrendous execution. Vague on pricing until your oil filter is already out of your car. The cheapest synthetic is 77 dollars and that is not including the filter. They only carry one brand of oil. My mouth was dropped to the ground. The customer service seems like they give no shits, they are simply trying to get you in and out. This has been a horrible experience and the most expensive oil change that I've ever gotten.
