One of the employees ripped a hole in my hood liner because he wasn't paying attention when he tried to shut the hood and the support was still in place. Such carelessness and inability to pay attention can lead to more damage or even injury. I watched him do it. He didn't even apologize. No one informed me of the damage. I only saw it after I got out to inspect it myself.
They are the friendliest guys ever. Always a great experience. Thanks to everyone today. �
