I took my car to the Take 5 on Capital Blvd in Raleigh, NC. A few days later the oil plug fell off of my car and all the oil flowed out of the car. My engine seized and was destroyed. I contacted Take 5 and went through a process of having the car analyzed. The dealership confirmed the engine seizure and the cost to repair it. Take 5 then rejected the claim and refused to pay for my car's repairs. I trusted this company and they not only did a inept job in changing my oil but then refused to take responsibility. I just got my oil changed here and I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience! Every single person that helped me was SO friendly. I really appreciated each person taking the time to answer my questions. I felt so comfortable. I’m usually very nervous to go to any kind of car place. But this place didn’t make me feel that way. I HIGHLY recommend this place !!!! Shoutout to Gus for being super helpful and sweet.
