dropped the drain plug and then told me price of services and that my vehicle would be at least a $60 oil change not the standard oil change. I requested 5w-20 and was given 5w-30. I have worked in shops just like this and that is not how things are supposed to be done. you CAN NOT drop the plug before the customer agrees to the service, not put them in a position where they're no longer able to refuse before they know what's recomended.
