We first opened in Metairie, Louisiana in 1984 and we currently own and operate locations in states across the country!

Fantastic crew and location. The shop is clean the employees are nice and you get in and out in no time. Nathan and Damien are top notch.

Was very fast and the guys was very nice as well
By the time the gentleman was finished taking my information and running my credit card, my oil change was finished and they were filling my tires with air and cleaning my windshield. Not to mention it was almost 7pm and i probably couldn't have gotten an oil change at that time of night without an appointment, anywhere else. Staff also gets five stars for customer service! So fast and convenient!

The worst experience/customer service I have ever had anywhere. I arrived at 4:40 pm. As I pulled up the whole crew was shaking their head towards my car. Then I rolled down my window and a guy from inside the bay asked what I had been doing all day. I told him I was at the hospital with my pregnant girlfriend and he replied in disgust "so you couldnt have done this earlier?" in a sarcastic/demeaning manor. We have been using Take 5 for a few years. The customer service is exceptional and I always feel like everything has been thoroughly explained to me. My car runs great and when it needs additional service, they let me know but don't pressure me to have it done there. It was over 100 degrees today and the staff was still friendly, quick and professional. Keep up the great work, Take 5!
