Realistically the car wash was fine. The free vacuums were alright, could use some maintenance. My issue is I was lied to in an attempt to upsell. I just wanted a quick basic $10 wash. The attendant told me it doesn't have soap in it. That sounded weird but whatever, I mostly just want to vacuum grandma's beater. He proceeded to go on about how people get upset there's no soap, even though they were warned. Really went on about it. The $10 wash immediately and clearly sprayed the entire car down with soap.
I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Car Wash! The employees went above and beyond with their customer service and attention to detail. Of all the car wash facilities I’ve been to, this was the first time I’ve ever had both sides of my vehicle pre-washed before going through the tunnel. Their teamwork and dedication really stood out, and they clearly take pride in doing their job at an exceedingly high standard. I left with my car looking great and feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend this location!
