I Arrived to the wash at 8:09 am on a Tuesday morning, temp is 26° so not too overly cold, and the car wash was closed. And it's often not open late enough either to utilize it in the evenings if you work until 5/530pm. Worst car wash in town, and also the worst staff in town! Don’t waste your money (or time) going here
I am submitting this complaint to report what I believe to be fraudulent and unethical business practices by Take 5 Car Wash, located in Ames, Iowa. I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Ames Regional Economic Alliance. I visited this location for a one-time car wash. Total scam of a car wash. I also got signed up for their membership against my wishes. I’ve been trying for a month and a half to get them to cancel the membership with no luck. Ended up submitting a complaint to the better business bureau and will likely end up disputing the charges with my bank since this business shows absolutely zero desire to actually fix their “mistakes”.
Good quality. Good value. The salesperson (Jordan) was kind and patient. He explained the differences between the washes. I will definitely return.
