Close without warning for 1, 2 up to 3 days per week very annoying for those of us who pay per month, I have tried to wash my vehicle this week and it has not been possible very bad service definitely cancel my subscription today.
I Arrived to the wash at 8:09 am on a Tuesday morning, temp is 26° so not too overly cold, and the car wash was closed. And it's often not open late enough either to utilize it in the evenings if you work until 5/530pm. I am submitting this complaint to report what I believe to be fraudulent and unethical business practices by Take 5 Car Wash, located in Ames, Iowa. I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Ames Regional Economic Alliance. I visited this location for a one-time car wash. Total scam of a car wash. I also got signed up for their membership against my wishes. I’ve been trying for a month and a half to get them to cancel the membership with no luck. Ended up submitting a complaint to the better business bureau and will likely end up disputing the charges with my bank since this business shows absolutely zero desire to actually fix their “mistakes”.
