I've been trying to cancel my account with them. No one will tell me that my cancellation has been received. Zero help from the people at the physical building. The manager there is a real jerk. I cannot recommend you use this place. There are more car washes really close that are better than this one by a mile. Very unprofessional.

One of the most expensive oil changes I have ever encountered $148 for the oil change $500 service call after my oil plug fell out of my oil pan. They strip the aisle plug out of the oil pan. Theres a big sticker right in the bottom With an arrow pointing to the oil plug 14 foot pounds torque metal shavings were found on the shroud around the oil pan

I went to get an oil change on my Volkswagon Jetta first they came to me with my oil filter housing broken and started that it was broken and they did not take so it. So the very disrespectful worker was arguing with me called me a b**** in front of the assistant Manager and said move him off cars. I had to wait almost two hours for them to call the big Manager to order the part to my car and come fix it. I will never one back here again the Assistant gave me 1/2 off but who allows and employee to call someone a b**** a stay... read more

I started my membership 3/22/23 in Ga, at a special price of $23.99 , I live in Ar. and the attendant assured me it would work here, but when i returned to Ar. and tried to go thru wash it would not let me, so the attendant here needed to see the card i used in **.from that point i started getting charged form both states I have been trying to get this resolved since May. I have talked with several representatives, emailed 3 notes , with no luck on getting refunded

TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE on ******************* left my oil plug loose. I did not know because I thought my engine gaskets were leaking. The ******************* said it was not my gaskets and took a video of my ******* loose oil plug. I returned to TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE to ask for a refund. The manager refused and would not give me the phone number of the owner to whom I wanted to complain. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO ANY TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE SHOP UNLESS AND UNTIL THEY DIVULGE THE OWNER'S PHONE NUMBER.
