I really wish I could not even give 1 star because that is too much. On Tuesday the 12th I went to Take 5 for an oil change. The gentleman that worked on my car stated that the drain plug that was in my car was entirely too big and that he was going to put the correct one for my car. He gave me the drain plug he took out, and proceeded. He came back to my vehicle and advised that he put the new one in, but it wouldn't tighten the way it needed to because of the previous one being so big. I cancelled my membership in May and have been charged every month since then. I can’t get anyone at customer service to answer the phone. I have also texted and got confirmation of cancellation but I am still being charged. Fraudulent business.

The car wash itself is fine. It's a bit overpriced for what it is, but the real problem I have is that we were double charged for our membership one month. When I called originally to resolve the issue, I didn't have all the information the gentleman on the phone needed to find our account (it is for my husband's car). With my busy schedule, I forgot it about it for a bit, but recently picked back up on trying to get help to resolve the issue. I have called the customer service number twice in that last 6 weeks, left message... read more

Presented coupon - was not incorporated into bill, when I noticed and called later that evening they said yhere was nothing they could do - not even credit the card back. "****" remembered and apologized but kept my $25 dollars.

Worst experience ever, as I was told a different price for the cabin filter and they would not honor the price they told me, very dishonest and misleading. Today I went to the location on 67 Ave and ************** ****** was there with another guy and 2 ladies working. I was told by the guy who changed my cabin filter that the price was $20 per they had the promotion on it, and the original price is $49.99, so I told him that I would change it.
