My Techs were Duke and Keeyon at Store *****. They did an excellent job of keeping informed and seemed very knowledgable.. The one thing that was marked cleaned was windshield which was not done. They provided service for things I had to wait 1 to 1 1/2 weeks at Quick-Lane at a dealership I have used for 20+ years. Other customers received the same response.

I called numerous Take 5 contact numbers and could not speak with a live representative. Apparently there are no human people to talk to. I had to do a chat which was worthless-did not even reply back to my question. I even sent an email with no response back. All I needed was their corporate contact #. Not a hard question. A complaint is being filed with the Better Business Bureau.

************************************ I went to the take 5 oil change on baritaria Blvd marrero ** ***** sept 11 ***** they showed for an oil change ***** for my **** 250 super duty when they were done they said I needed 9 extra quarts that cost an additional ****** how can they miss calculate overage of 9 quarts? They are scamming the public please take note of my experience.

I was supposed to be charged $29.99/month and wound up being charged $39.99. I have been trying to cancel my membership since 8/15. Eight emails and two phone calls and still is not cancelled. Having to cancel my debit card and dispute the charges to get rid of them. Total scam.

The 5min oil change on **************************** in ************ ** . My wife and I seen one of the employees smoking marijuana on the side of the building we smelled it as well. After he was finished he came back in the shop to change oil on a customer car. We could not believe that they will allowed this young man to do that and allowed him to work on customers vehicles. His actions was not professional and if he was assigned to work on our vehicle I wouldn't allowed him to touch our car. We will not be going there anym... read more

I will not recommend you to go #**** Take 5 Oil in **********! They ruined my 2008 GMC Yukon XL **** with a diesel oil into my gasoline engine! Now my Yukon is at Parks Chevrolet and asking for $10,452.51 to rebuild the engine. The Take 5 Oil store manager ***************** said "we will not be held liable for any repairs on your vehicle." He also said that standard oil change would not have caused this issue. Very unfriendly. Cant get a hold of them to cancel membership. Very unprofessional. Hung up on my husband. We have called numerous times to cancel but they wont return our call. We are very dissatisfied with their business management. We just want to cancel membership immediately. They bought out Magic Tunnel and many people are very unhappy. Their employees are very rude and wont help us and have no idea what to do
