Sent back my ring after realizing that it wasn't what I expected. They received the merchandise on Sept 24th. Sent me an email on Oct 4th stating that my refund had been issued. Haven't seen that credit to my credit card and so I reached out to them on the 10th asking for an explanation. Received an email this morning stating that they have received the merchandise and that I would be receiving an email when the credit is issued. Ugh...Not a happy customer here.
Takar Jewelry is absolutely legit. Great Jewelry and even better customer service. Definitely recommend for everyday fine jewelry.
