Best Indian Food Ever – Taj Palace is one the best places ever. The service is great, the food is awesome and Taj Palace itself is the best place to eat. The owner makes me feel like I'm at home and is a great person. I would recommend this is anyone even to the people who hate Indian food because after coming to Taj Palace everyone would start to love Indian food
A favorite of mine – I’ve been going to Taj Palace for many years, and it’s hands down my favorite Indian restaurant in the area. Pros - Delicious food. Unknown – NICE JOB!
Sweet coated, spicy chutney..... it is not the food though – We have been to this place a few times now. I have heard many horror stories about this place from multiple people, espcially about getting stale food. In my experiences (limited to lunch buffet) I have found the food to be okay but definitely not consistent. However, what I have come to despise about this place is the owner. best lunch buffet – First off just let me say I love Indian food. This is one of my favorites for lunch buffet. Very good chicken tikki masala, saag paneer, and sometimes a nice okra dish, if you like okra. bhindi something or other. Above average salad selections. I go there almost once a week, and stuff myself silly, usually don't have room left for much dinner. I've never experienced bad service there, the owner is a likable character. I almost always get a warm greeting whenever I show up.
Arrogant staff, always overcharge – I went there many times because I liked the food on the lunch buffet, BUT I will never go again! Every time they overcharge my credit card (1-2 dollars above the amount I signed). They stared to include 15% service change on top of the bill. Unpleasant and arrogant staff that makes you feel uncomfortable. All they care is to get your money.
Avoid this place - overcharge the credit card, service is pathetic – They have overcharged my credit card 6 times over the last 3 months. The food is average and the service is pathetic. There is a mean-looking Indian lady that goes from table to table, brings the check and says "Pleeeeease". I will never go there again.
Taj Palace buffet price plus 15% service tax...expansive food – They started charging 15% service tax on the buffet. Food taste is below average. I won't go there as this place is expansive and not worth for money.
Below average food. – I decided to try this restaurant's buffet few days back. Some of the dishes were ok, some of them were not eatable. There was something funny about rice at this place. It just filled me up after a few spoonfuls. Never went back to the place again, probably would not go back any time soon
