I went in and found the car had abit of issues I told them and they said they will get me something else,2 weeks gone by no followup phone call,if I call they tell me someone will call me back which never happened,so I gave up hope they don't use my information.
Contacted to come see the vehicle, no pictures on the website. Still no pictures after three weeks. Only response was come to the dealer. No Thank you.
Picture on CarGurus did not match vehicle shown to me arter I drove an hour to see it. Truck was in poor condition. I can see why they didn't want to post the correct picture. Just a trick to get you the their lot.
Dealer has poor communication and does not get back with requests. We were told multiple times that someone would reach out or send info within the hour with no communication unless we reached back out seeing where info was. We had been pre-approved through our own bank with the request of a buyers order to finalize the loan. It took the dealer almost 36 hours to provide the buyers order, due to the delay we found another car from a different dealer. After speaking with CJ I drove an hour to see a truck and when I got here I found out that truck wasn't in the dealership
Ah yes another great dealership they contacted twice, I did not mind pure professionals. Happy to please customers! Well oiled machine.
Great experience from beginning to end
Very easy to work with, really flexible, offers good, honest deals without typical car buying hassle. Enjoy the experience and highly recommend. Chris who we mainly communicated with was great to work with, the main manager who we also met had great customers service skills and was great to work with!
